Core Values

Business partnerships: YNotYouth seeks nurture partnerships to train and place our participants with meaningful work experiences.

Serve the family: The organization believes that the restoration of the entire family is important. Therefore, while the adults and work-ready family members are being trained, YNotYouth will be establishing a physical presence in several major cities with a focus on workforce training, along with being a tutoring and resource center in underserved communities.

Education expands the pathways: The long-term goal for YNotYouth’s efforts to assist entire families includes providing college scholarships for students in households serviced by the organization.

Self-Sufficiency: YNotYouth will be making its greatest attempt to fund programs through private donations. We believe that our business partnerships, connections to underserved communities, and results-oriented programming will drive our fundraising efforts. While we support and commit to working with government entities, we understand that to save our communities, we must first step up as active, able members of the communities that we serve.
